Learning about emotions and how we react.

We have been watching clips from different movies and seeing how characters interact with each other. We have been seeing how different emotions can be portrayed and how our body changes when we show different emotions. It is important to recognise these changes when we are interacting with other characters when we act. In these pictures we  are using a blank face to glue different facial features onto. We then name the type of emotion we have created. This has been a lot of fun!

I will post details of these events in the next week, so that you are your whanau can make arrangements to attend and support our tamariki as they represent Linwood North.

More from 'Drama'

Well, I have to say that our students are enjoying drama time. They are getting to experiment with portraying different emotions and understanding how our body reacts when we portray them.
